We had a great study in God's Word today! There were many nuggets of truth that hit us. Noah and Abraham's faith. How God made promises to not only our forefathers, but to us as well. We chuckled how Sarah laughed and then denied it to the LORD. And to see how Abraham was so human in his response to Sarah regarding Hagar.
If you haven't read "The Red Tent" by Anita Diamant, it's an interesting perspective of Dinah (Gen. 34) and what the women of the time had to go through.
We were encouraged by how we can relate to the men and women of that time. And how God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow!
